PLAYER 101 - the simple beginning to a lifetime of great software
White Plains, NY - March 13, 2007– One of the first moves after the RCS and Prophet Systems merger was to retool one of its successful packages aimed at small market stations, college stations, and Internet stations. PLAYER101™, formerly known as PSI101, has been repackaged and will be released with its new name shortly. While the name may be new, the software is just as affordable and flexible as when it was first introduced. RCS announces that the core software for can be purchased for $495 and then stations can add modules for only $101. The core includes the ability to create and execute logs, basic audio element production, day of the week clock templates, and audio backup/load utilities. All other modules can be added to the core license to create multiple workstation configurations. For the start up station in a smaller market or educational setting, PLAYER 101 is a perfect way to get up and running without the burden of extra costs. All levels of support receive free access to the on-line community, knowledgebase, email support and maintenance updates.
Chip Jellison, Executive Vice President of Technology and Development commented, "As our Industry continuously reinvents itself, there are certain fundamentals that will never change: Our commitment to quality is one of them. We stand behind everything we design and release and will support you during every new turn for years to come."
